Guest Check In Process: Provided via email no later than 48 hours from date of scheduled arrival.
Guest Access: Guest will have access to all amenities in both Phases, including Room Service, restaurants, all pools, pool bars, fitness center, restaurants, spa and jacuzzies.
Interaction with Guests: Communication with our guests is very important. We are always available 24/7 to our guests. Once staying with us, guest always receive direct contact information in order for us to respond promptly for any matter. Feel free to contact us and know that you are welcome to contact the front desk for any assistance on site you may require as well.
Other things to note
Reservation will be made through Las Palomas Resort and all Resort rules and cancellation policies apply.
A confirmation will be sent directly from Las Palomas to the guest if a valid email address is provided.
Registered guest must be 25 years or older and present a credit card for deposit at time of check in.*Note: 11.8% tax is not included and will be requested after reservation is accepted*
Rates may go up without notice based on occupancy and any special events.
A minimum stay is required during Holidays
Owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation that splits a weekend or a Holiday.
You will receive wristbands when you check in.
The resort provides daily maid service.
